Seifert Drug opened its doors on May 1st, 1978. Konrad Seifert built his business on patient care and community. Since then Seifert Drug has continued to serve the town of Elkhart and now the surrounding cities. Hassen Hakim continued Konrad’s legacy for the last 19 years, until his retirement in January of 2025.
Pharmacist Jeffrey Clements and his wife, Rachel, purchased Seifert Drug January 16, 2025. Jeff has been in intricate part of Seifert drug for the last 15 years, working alongside Hass to build the communities they serve. Jeff and the team at Seifert will continue to maintain the strength and principles that have made Seifert Drug a friendly, familiar and helpful Pharmacy.

Elkhart Pharmacist in Charge
Jeff earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Ferris State University in 2005.
After working in the Corporate industry for 5 years, he came to Seifert Drug full time in 2009. He worked with Hass in expanding the Pharmacy to better serve our communities. He was the Pharmacist in Charge at the Wakarusa store for the last 15 years.
Jeff is married to Rachel, together they have 5 children and 6 grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis, collecting sport memorabilia and traveling.

Sydney Kehr-Guevara Pharm.D.
Wakarusa Pharmacist in Charge
Sydney (Kehr) Guevara was born and raised in Wakarusa, IN. She graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA with her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree in 2016. She is married to Alex Guevara and they live in Wakarusa with their two children, Ayden and Sylvie. Sydney enjoys spending time with her family outside, going on walks around town, as well as painting and crafting.
She started with Seifert as an intern back in 2012, while she was in pharmacy school, but worked for both Walgreens and Martin’s Pharmacy before returning to Seifert as a Pharmacist in December of 2024.

Nappanee Pharmacist in Charge
Spencer graduated from Butler University’s Pharmacy School. He has worked for Seifert Drug for the past 4 years. Spencer is married to his wife, Shelby, and has 2 daughters, Halle and Rory. In his spare time he enjoys running and golfing.
